Port Macquarie Metal Fascia & guttering use Allflow leafguard which is an aluminium mesh product which slides under the 2nd row of tiles on a tile roof which has advantages over inferior products which only sit over the guttering! Because this mesh is 500 mm wide there is a greater chance of the wind blowing the leaves off the roof! The allflow leafguard product is very versatile as it can be screwed to corrogated, cliplok or trimdek colorbond rooves. It can also easily be unscrewed for any maintenance requirements! Blocked guttering can lead to all sorts of problems especially in times of high rainfall with reduced surface water & rain water flow! A good gutter guard/ leafguard can also stop vermin entering the roof cavity.
